Promising review: “Love the way it keeps the inside of air fryer cleaner. Easy to clean, just trash it when through using it. Absorbs most drips and doesn’t stick to wire web. Wish I knew about these earlier. Great buy for the money!” — Brat
As an air fryer newbie, most of my meal prep time was spent frantically Googling how long to fry different foods, because who can be bothered to memorize all the different cooking times and temperatures? It didn’t help that I was often adapting heating instructions originally meant for the oven, too.
That’s where this cheat sheet booklet can come in handy. With categorized pages that list the cooking times and temperatures for different foods, it takes the guesswork out of air frying. It has a large magnet on the back so you can stick it to your fridge (it’s 7 by 6 inches), as well as a hook if you prefer to hang it from somewhere else in your kitchen.

Promising review: “What I like about this item is the magnet in the back which allows you to place it on your fridge for easy access. Plus the pages are coated with plastic so they can be wiped clean and will last a long time. I also like that it lists all temperatures in both celcius and farenheit since my airfryer is in celcius, makes it easy to know what to set your airfryer to. I highly recommend everyone who has an airfryer should get this!” — QueensNY
If you don’t even want to have to flip through a booklet to find the right cooking time, try these magnetic cheat sheets that show much of the same information but in only two laminated, magnetic sheets, one 10.5-by-6.5 inches and the other 5-by-5 inches.
The convenience factor of these comes with their size and the included double-sided tape, which is heat-resistant up to 230 degrees and waterproof: While you can put these magnets on your fridge, you can also stick them to the side of your air fryer itself, so you can just check the temperature and time as you put your food in.
Promising review: “I love these air fryer magnet cheat sheets so much I started giving them as gifts to my friends and family! I stick them out of the way on the side of my fridge, but use them ALL THE TIME. They are great for giving me ideas of foods I have that I could air fry, and they same me time as it’s an easy glance to see how long my chicken drum sticks need to cook rather than googling it every time I air fry something. Great size, love this product. Would easily recommend to anyone.” — Whitney Henry
Though you’ve probably often heard that the whole point of air frying is that you don’t need to use oil, a small coating on fresh ingredients can be helpful for adding flavor and crispiness to dishes like potatoes (just don’t add it directly to the air fryer). Still, you don’t need a lot of oil, so having an oil sprayer like this can help you control the amount easily.
Each spray releases 0.2 grams of oil, and has a front-facing nozzle with a rear handle so you don’t have to get your hands dirty while you spray. The bottle is dishwasher-safe and allows you to both spray and pour depending on your oil needs. It holds 470 ml of oil, and best of all, it has a wide-mouth design so refilling it is made as easy as possible.
Promising review: “I have used several containers for olive oil. This is by far the greatest. It holds a good amount. I can pour easily & the sprayer makes it gold. I use it to spray the grill grates, spray my veggies during prep, & it is perfect for coating items for the air fryer. Also fits conveniently on the small shelf on my stove top.” — Pete Brennan
This Cosori air fryer accessory set includes a cake pan, pizza pan, wire rack, multipurpose wire rack with five skewers (great for making kebabs), silicone mat, and silicone egg bite mold with a lid. All six pieces are nonstick and dishwasher-safe, too, saving you the headache of washing dishes later. While they of course are meant to fit Cosori air fryer, the brand says they’re also compatible with models from Ninja, PowerXL and Instant Pot, among others. The set comes in two sizes: one for a 3-to-5-quart air fryer, and one for 5-quart fryers and above.
Promising review (Ninja): “. . .if you own an air fryer. I was wondering what kind of dishes to use inside my air fryer (which I love!). Ceramic, glass, aluminum, metal? This answered my question. Maybe the other materials would work but finding ones that would fit my Ninja was difficult. These are perfect! Particularly if you are making something with a sauce. The metal dish is perfect. I’m looking forward to using the shish kabab skewers!” — Kindle Customer
Promising review (Instant Pot owner): “First user tip, everything but the skewer set also work in a 6 quart instant pot so BONUS. It’s super easy to clean and use. I made a baked mac n cheese with the pot and used the pizza pan as a lid for part of the cooking in my air fryer. I did some kababs with the skewer set and they turned out as a amazing as you would expect with all that airflow around them. I even made some egg bites with the little silicone tray and they pop perfectly. You can also use the silicone egg baker to make candy, gummies, etc. It’s a solid purchase with so many options opened for items that have sauce that you don’t want to lose or, clean from the bottom of the air fryer or instant pot for that matter.” — Carl E. Cordell Jr.
For those with arthritis or other mobility issues, removing hot food from an appliance like the air fryer can be difficult and potentially dangerous. These gripper clips make it easier to pick up hot dishes and protect your hands, with their secure stainless steel clamps and non-slip silicone pads on the handles. Each gripper can lift up to five pounds with one hand (just make sure to use both hands and grippers on larger or heavier dishes). Per Amazon, it’s on sale at the lowest price in the last month!
Promising review: “I love these grip clips. Here’s the deal, I have arthritis, and my hands can’t grab the hot food out of the oven or the microwave securely. Also, it’s hard to get hot pans out of my air fryer or my Instant Pot. With using two grippers at the same time, it is so much more easy and secure to be safe when removing pans or dishes. It’s the same for being able to grab baking pans and casseroles from the oven. I’ve been waiting a long time for this product, I only wish I had invented it first!!!” — Purple Rose
While the disposability of the parchment paper liners above makes them undeniably convenient for saving time, it’s understandable if you’d rather buy something reusable to save money in the long run. These air fryer liners are made of flexible, food-grade, dishwasher-safe silicone. They’re also nonstick and heat-resistant up to 450 degrees. The two handles make it easy to lift the liners — and your food — out of the air fryer without fuss. The liners come in two sizes, one for 3-to-5-quart air fryers and one for 5 quarts and above.
Promising review: “These work so well! I kept procrastinating buying some and finally did. So happy with how well these work and how easy they are to clean. They can handle up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit so it’s perfect because my air fryer only goes to 400. I like the handles in the sides, makes it easy to put the basket in and out. The size works well. It does not give the food any kind of taste either!” — Alan
We’ve previously covered this sliding tray that’s gotten some attention on TikTok for how easy it makes moving around heavy appliances like an air fryer. As the reviewer below points out, it’s also a great way to prevent your air fryer from leaving a stain as it cooks if you generally leave it right up against the wall — air fryers can cause heat damage to your walls if they’re too close. This tray comes in two sizes.
Promising review: “A few months after purchasing a Ninja Foodi double-basket air fryer I realized, much to my dismay, that a brown stain had developed on the glass tile backsplash behind the fryer, even though I had positioned the fryer a few inches from the backsplash. I was able to scrub most of the stain off, but some of the grout remains slightly stained. I did an online search to find a way to prevent staining in the future, and found a post about these sliding trays that allow you to easily slide the Ninja Fryer well away from the wall each time you use it – thereby avoiding staining the wall or backsplash. So far this product has worked great and has solved the problem.” — DD
These racks are stainless steel and dishwasher-safe, and many reviewers have found them easier to clean than the baskets that came with the air fryers they purchased. The dense wire prevents food from falling through and making a mess, and the feet elevate your food an inch off of the bottom of the basket so air can circulate on all sides, encouraging even cooking. Best of all, these racks are versatile — you can also use them as cooling racks or for steaming, too. They’re available in three sizes.
Promising review: “I love the Instant Pot Duo Air Fryer, but I like to make chicken wings and the basket that comes with it is an exercise in frustration. You can’t use nonstick cooking spray or the supposed nonstick coating will peel, and it’s hardly nonstick, at least for wings, even if you spray it with oil. These fit perfectly in the 8 qt. pot and the bonus is that I get more surface area compared to the basket. I use both criss-crossed, sprayed with Pam, and the wings don’t fall through and the wings don’t stick. I also use these in my Breville toaster oven/air fryer on top of the pan for air-fried baked potatoes, because the air fryer basket that comes with that device is impossible to clean. (The whole Breville is difficult to clean which is why I never use it for something as splattery as chicken wings.)” — KT
While many air fryer accessory sets include muffin pans like this, you can also buy one separately. This silicone pan has 2.68-inch wide and 1.18-inch deep cups that are the perfect size for muffins, cupcakes or egg cups (just make sure you select the seven-cup version, as that’s the one that will fit an air fryer of 5 quarts or bigger). The pan is heat-resistant up to 446 degrees, dishwasher-safe and flexible for easy cleaning and storage.
Promising review: “Starbucks who? I bought this muffin pan to see if I could recreate my favorite Starbucks eggcups at home. Can I get a HECK YES!!! This silicone non-stick egg mold fit perfectly into my air fryer and in 20 minutes at 400 degrees my egg cups were complete. The mold is very flexible so you have to be careful when putting it into our air fryer otherwise what is inside of it will spill. It is very easy to clean. I hand clean them because you need to get into the cup and get out the residue. I am going to try to make muffins next with time but overall i am very please with how it made the eggcup!” — The Real Chubby Momma
